Two years later in 1993 when Miley was just a baby, Billy Ray Cyrus was the toast of the town with his Achy Breaky Heart, bringing a little bit of country to the show in wacky fashion.

Before Beyonce became a solo style superstar, she was hitting the show in coordinating couture with her Destiny’s Child girls, while Britney Spears was busy showing off her hot bod in 2000 with totally tacky fashions.
