After two weeks of conflicting reports, breakdown updates, million-dollar safe houses and ditched rehearsals–Susan Boyle showed up Friday night to the kick off of the Britain’s Got Talent tour.

Boyle delivered a crisp and spirited vocal, as seen above, in Birmingham, England, belting out her signature track “I Dreamed A Dream” for adoring fans.

Her energy was way up, noticeably so from her final performance, and she’s even rocking a better ‘do–SuBo’s brown locks have grown out and tad and benefited from a blowout.
