Lori Petty‘s superstar attorney Blair Berk quietly went into a Los Angeles court, and requested and was granted a month-long continuance on her client’s arraignment on misdemeanor DUI charges.  The A League of Their Own star-turned-artist is accused of “driving under the influence” when she struck a teenage boy on his skateboard May 31 in Venice Beach, CA.

Her arraignment is now set for July 28.
