In New York, Miami, and Los Angeles, the celebrity style vixens turned it out in form-fitting, unique, and oh-so-chic fashions.  Hilary Duff hosted an Hervé Léger by Max Azria Celebration in L.A, where stars  flaunted the designer’s famed body-hugging “bandage” dresses. Rihanna went ferocious and fashion forward in a plunging leopard blouse and white suit in New York, and Nicole Richie was tan and glam in Miami.
