Michael Phelps — who dated Miss California Carrie Prejean — was asked if he agreed with her stand against gay marriage following her controversial comments at the Miss USA pageant in Vegas last Sunday.

A pap shouted the question at the Olympic superstar Wednesday as he left a building in New York City and quickly ducked into a waiting car. Phelps did not respond.
