The jury has returned to the court to continue to deliberate the fate of Jodi Arias on Thursday and try to come to a unanimous decision on the death penalty.
Jodi has been convicted of the brutal murder of Travis Alexander and she asked the jury to spare her life and return a sentence of life in prison and not to give her the death penalty.
On Wednesday the jury told Judge Sherry Stephens that they were unable to come to a unanimous decision but she ordered them to continue their discussion.
Travis’ family members were spotted in the Maricopa County Courthouse Thursday morning waiting for the decision.
They were in tears on Wednesday when the jury said they were unable to deliver a unanimous verdict.
RadarOnline.com will be live streaming any updates in the courtroom and will report the verdict as soon as a decision is released.
