David Caruso‘s ex-girlfriend, Liza Marquez, now has one less lawsuit to deal with. In documents obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, a nanny, Maria Guadron, who filed a lawsuit against Liza several weeks ago, has decided to drop the lawsuit against Caruso’s ex.

Guadron had claimed wrongful termination, but as RadarOnline.com has previously reported, CSI: Miami star Caruso maintained that he, not Marquez, paid Guadron for her services.

Caruso and Marquez are embroiled in ongoing litigation over child support for their two children.
