Michael Barrett, the man accused of secretly filming a naked Erin Andrews at a series of hotels, pled not guilty to one count of interstate stalking Monday in federal court.

Barrett remains free after posting a bond of $100,000 on Friday. Andrews’ attorney called Barrett’s alleged behavior calculated, cunning and secretive and said he posed a threat to the public.
