Nicole Richie‘s lawyer applied for a Temporary Restraining Order Friday against the paparazzo that struck her car earlier this month.

The paparazzo, Eduardo Arrivabene, was arrested for driving without a license following the incident on October 5th.
A source tells RadarOnline.com Arrivabene tried to blame the accident on his friend, pretending that he was not driving at the time of the crash, but he was shopped to the cops by another on-site pap.
