Burn Notice star Jeffrey Donovan Tuesday made like Rihanna, taking refuge under an umbrella while filming the show in a public park in Miami, Florida.

The actor, who was arrested on DUI charges in South Florida July 12, reportedly staged a decoy exit to throw off paps of his presence.

The new season of Burn Notice airs on the USA Network Thursdays at 9/8c.
