Ashley Tisdale turned up the heat on a beach in Hawaii on July 4, sporting a classic black bikini while sunning with boyfriend Scott Speer. The actress/singer and her music video director beau arrived in the islands July 2 to celebrate her 24th birthday.
This is the third year in a row Ashley has blown out her birthday candles in Hawaii. She must have one huge bikini wardrobe!
