Katie Holmes & Suri Cruise ‘Very Friendly’ At New Apartment, Says Neighbor

Katie Holmes and her daughter Suri Cruise have been staying in her posh apartment in New York City since she filed for divorce from Tom Cruise, and RadarOnline.com has exclusive details about what their lives are like in their new building.
“Katie and Suri have been very friendly to everyone they see in the building,” a building resident exclusively told RadarOnline.com. “But they mostly keep to themselves.”
The neighbor said the A-list mommy and daughter duo spent some time in the kids play room in the Chelsea apartment building.
“Suri was there playing. Katie was with her and they were very sweet to the other people in the room. There were a few other kids there and Suri quietly played with them. She seemed like a nice little girl and the other kids looked like they were having fun with her.”
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Tom Cruise’s ex-girlfriend Penelope Cruz also used to live in the same building.
The neighbor said that security in the building has increased dramatically since Katie and Suri have been there, but that Katie and Suri have been keeping a low profile.
“They’ve been doing a good job of just being really low key so that they don’t disturb the other tenants in the building.”
Katie is fighting Suri’s dad for custody and filed a motion for an emergency hearing to hash out their differences, and as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, they are both due in court in New York City on July 17.
