Katie Holmes has left her husband Tom Cruise and moved into a new luxury apartment in New York City but her presence there is causing major chaos and exclusively learned that cops and an ambulance were outside her new home on Tuesday.

According to an eyewitness outside the Chelsea apartment “a woman was standing outside in the heat and became agitated with all the crowds that are gathered. All of a sudden she threw up!” There is no indication of the identity of the woman.

As people hastily scrambled to get away from the woman, one reporter who is staked out in front of Katie’s apartment offered his help.

“He gave her his chair and then she puked on that. Next thing we knew she fainted!” They said.

The paramedics were called and the cops and an ambulance showed up shortly after.

“The fire department EMTs took care of her and put her on a stretcher and loaded her into the ambulance,” the witness said.

As exclusively reported, Katie has moved into the same apartment building where Tom’s ex-girlfriend Penelope Cruz once lived.

Katie was spotted Monday smiling and not wearing her wedding ring just days after filing for divorce in New York.

She is seeking full custody of their daughter, six-year-old Suri Cruise.
