Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department officers paid a visit to Justin Bieber at his Los Angeles home Monday, to speak with the singer about his behavior behind the wheel, and we've got the details for you right here on RadarOnline.com.
The Baby singer, an insider told E!, has attracted negative attention from neighbors in the upscale SoCal neighborhood, as they claim he's always driving fast and recklessly through through it.
The insider said police received several calls from irate neighbors after the singer was at it again Monday, dangerously zooming through the neighborhood while kids were outside.
It's yet another in a string of recent incidents that might indicate the Biebs is no longer the fresh-faced kid who captivated the world's attention less than five years ago: In March, he stormed out of his birthday bash at a London nightclub; was booed by fans after showing up more than two hours late to his first night at the O2; and lashed out at what he believes to be biased reporting against him by the media.

At the Billboard Music Awards earlier this month, the Canadian crooner addressed his critics with a bombastic speech that received boos from the crowd.
"I'm 19 years old, and I think I'm doing a pretty good job," he said. "And basically from my heart I really just want to say it should really be about the music, it should be about the craft that I'm making. This is not a gimmick: I'm an artist and I should be taken seriously and all this other bull should not be spoken."
