‘Tis the season to eat, drink and be merry, and if you’re a fan of the Real Housewives of New Jersey you know the ladies sure know how to throw a memorable party, and RadarOnline.com has the exclusive Christmas party photos!
One of the newest additions to the Housewives cast, Melissa and Joey Gorga, hosted a Christmas party Saturday night for their friends and family, and all the Housewives were on the guest list for the fancy soiree.
And in a holiday twist, Melissa’s sister-in-law, Teresa, and her husband Joe Giudice made the VIP cut! This year the Giudices have been more naughty than nice -- after some infamous on-camera moments with Melissa and her husband Joey (who happens to be Teresa’s brother) -- including a house husbands brawl after a christening for the Gorgas son in October, which put a strain on family ties, as previously reported by RadarOnline.com.
But the familial ‘frenemies’ put it all aside to get into the holiday spirit and have some festive fun.
“Teresa may have ignored some guests,” said the source. “But Melissa and Teresa got along great and had a lot of fun dancing together.”
Other Franklin Lakes neighbors who shared in the holiday cheer included co-stars Jacqueline Laurita and hubby Chris, Caroline and Al Manzo, Kim G., and another new face to the cast, Kathy Wakile, who’s also Teresa’s first cousin.
And it wouldn’t be Christmas in New Jersey without some over-the-top fashions and décor!
All the guests took the invite request to heart: “PUT ON YOUR STILETTOS, DRESS HIM IN HIS BEST, LET’S HAVE SOME CHRISTMAS COCKTAILS AND FORGET ABOUT THE REST!”
“Everyone got all dressed up like they were going to the Oscars!” the source said. “They looked gorgeous.” (Co-stars Teresa, Melissa and Kathy all wore gowns by Mandalay.)
The Gorgas mansion was decked out with a red carpet, carolers, photographer, DJ, and each guest brought a toy for St. Joseph's Hospital in Paterson, NJ .
“The house was decorated with life-size nutcrackers, carolers, wreaths, garland, and stunning ornaments,” added the source. “The Christmas tree was amazing and covered with the most ornate ornaments.”
