"And he doesn't just have a drink or two, he goes all out. Every time. And the breakup from Jennifer Gimenez really sent him over the edge."

Jennifer and Andy, longtime friends, began dating while he was a contestant on Dancing With The Starsbut broke up because their schedules were just too busy to maintain a relationship.

"I will always love Andy. We are best friends. We’ve been friends for five years and we’ve gone through so much together," Jennifer told after the split in July.

"The reason for our split our work schedules and no time together.

This shocking and embarrassing video isn't the first time Andy's been caught doing scandalous things in public — in mid-July photos popped of Andy "incredibly intoxicated" while in the Hamptons, in 2011 obtained exclusive photos of him doing lines of cocaine, in 2010 he flashed his genitals while at a July 4 house party and again made his privates public just three months later.

"Andy's a bit of a lost soul and when he starts acting out in public like that, he's in real trouble," the insider revealed.

"He needs help."
