Legal ace Gloria Allred is representing Tiffany Eve Mitchell, the woman who Lindsay Lohan allegedly sucker-punched in the face and spat on early Thursday morning in New York.
"I can confirm that I am representing Tiffany Mitchell and I have no further comment at this time," Allred told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
As previously reported, an eyewitness says Lindsay was heavily drinking alcohol and using cocaine the night she was arrested at Avenue nightclub in Manhattan.
Meanwhile, Lohan will be arraigned December 15 on misdemeanor charges of lying to the cops, reckless driving and obstructing or resisting a police officer in the performance of his duty. Lilo isn't required to attend the arraignment because it's a misdemeanor but the judge could order her to do so.
The charges are a direct violation of her 2011 probation in connection with her conviction for stealing jewelry from a Venice boutique.
