Looks like treatment is working for LeAnn Rimes.
The country singer took another break from her in-patient program, and hit the VH1 Save The Music Foundation’s Songwriter’s Music Series in Napa, Calif. on Thursday night, and RadarOnline.com has the details.
“What a beautiful night last night at the William Hill Winery! Thank you VH1 SaveMusic and all of the genuinely sweet fans for showing me such love and for joining force to fight to keep music education in public schools,” she blogged on Friday. “I wouldn't be the performer I am without the exposure to music at home and in school on a daily basis. It was an honor for me to be a part of last night's event.”
Rimes’ husband, Eddie Cibrian, did not appear to be by her side at the event. However, she did wish his father Carl, “the best father-in-law ever” a happy birthday via Twitter on Friday.
Earlier in the month, the singer left her treatment center for appearances in Wisconsin, Iowa and Indiana.
The 30-year-old sought treatment for anxiety and stress on August 30, which she claims stemmed from Twitter wars with a few of her followers, whom she maintains were bullying her.
