Halle Berry-Gabriel Aubry Custody War Resumes In L.A. Court

Oscar-winner Halle Berry and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry are back in a Los Angeles courtroom Thursday, RadarOnline.com has learned, as the squabbling exes continue to battle for custody of their adorable daughter, Nahla.
Berry, over the protests of the Canadian male model Aubry, is again petitioning the court to allow her to move to France, citing the dangerous presence of paparazzi in Los Angeles compared to the calmer environment in France. (Laws were tightened considerably following the death of Princess Diana 15 years ago.)
As we previously reported, sources close to Berry say that little Nahla is upset by the presence of cameramen, who "scream out her name constantly and say awful things about Halle in front of her."
Berry has previously said she wanted to move to France because of a stalker who was subsequently taken into custody.
