Elin Nordegren has clearly moved on from Tiger Woods' cheating scandal and their subsequent painful divorce.

The stunning mother-of-two has started construction on her new dream home in swanky North Palm Beach, and as you would expect from a multi-millionaire, it's gearing up to be a home fit for royalty.

Nordegren, 34, purchased the 17,000 square foot, 1932 built home for $12.2 million but immediately knocked it down to make way for a new ultra modern 21,000 square foot home.

According to the Mail Online, Nordegren's new property will include a wine room, gym and theater. Her master bedroom suite will be a palatial 1,200 square feet and enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean.

And it seems the outside will be as spectacular as the interior. According to plans filed by Palm Beach landscapers E.S. Unlimited, the Swedish born former model is having a Zen-like koi pond built, waterfalls, a spa and an Olympic sized swimming pool.

Not surprisingly, there is no mention of a putting green anywhere in the proposed plans.

Elin's beleaguered ex, who has struggled to regain his golfing status since his humiliating fall from grace, has built his own mega-mansion, for a cool $50 million. Tiger's new lair is in Jupiter, around 30 miles from his former wife and his two kids, Sam and Charlie.
