Lindsay Lohan is to be treated for alcohol and prescription drug abuse when she enters into her latest stint of court ordered rehab -- which will be her SIXTH attempt at getting sober -- even though the 26-year-old troubled actress continues to maintain she does not have any addiction issues, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

"Lindsay will be treated for prescription drug and alcohol addiction during her stay," a source tells Radar. "Lindsay's prescription drugs of choice are Adderall and Xanax, and in addition, she consumes large amounts of alcohol -- specifically, vodka.

"The main problem when it comes to Lindsay ever getting sober is her absolute denial that she has any substance abuse issues. Once again, she is only going to rehab purely because it's a slightly more attractive alternative than going to jail. Of course, there is hope that once Lindsay is undergoing treatment she will recognize that she does in fact have a problem -- but given her history, it's very doubtful."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lohan's attorney, Mark Heller, had been working hard to try and hash out a plea deal ahead of Lohan's lying to the cops trial starting in the hope of keeping his client from not having to go to jail OR into rehab.

However, no such deal could be agreed upon and finally, during last minute negotiations in court Monday, the actress agreed to plead no contest to two misdemeanor charges stemming from a car accident she was involved in last summer, in return for 90 days treatment in a lock down rehab facility.

In addition, Lohan agreed to undergo 18 months of psychological counseling and 30 days of community service, which can be carried out in New York, where she is currently residing.

When reached for comment, Lohan's rep told RadarOnline.com: "We do not comment on our clients' personal lives."

Fun fact, since 2007, Lohan has spent more than 250 days in rehab.
