Way back in 2012, RHONJ viewers saw Joe ripping his wife to an unknown person on the phone. When Teresa approached him, he told the caller, "Here she comes, my bitch wife. She's such a c***. I'm going to hang up." When Teresa attempted to convince him to re-join a group of relatives, Joe called her a "retard" and a "pain in the ass."
A RadarOnline.com exclusive in 2015 revealed that Joe cheated while Teresa, 46, was serving her ten-month prison term for fraud. Joe was spotted dining out with a sexy brunette in Newark, New Jersey while his wife was behind bars.
A legal mess sent the Giudice marriage on a downward spiral. After Joe, 46, pled guilty to fraud charges, he got a 41-month sentence in federal prison, which he began serving once Teresa finished her term. In 2018, RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that an immigration judge had ruled that Teresa's husband was ordered to be deported from the United States to his native Italy after completing his prison sentence. Joe has appealed the deportation order. The crisis has caused even more stress for the couple.
In early 2018, the reality TV diva caused shock by meeting a divorce attorney for dinner, making fans wonder if she was planning to split from her incarcerated husband Joe.
Cheating wife? Teresa took a vacation with her "secret lover" in 2018 while Joe languished in prison, a source told RadarOnline.com. "Teresa went to Cancun for the holidays with her mystery boyfriend," the insider said.
Far from being the devoted spouse, Teresa has admitted to not visiting Joe much while he's been behind bars.
Teresa has flaked on giving her husband the support he needs in prison. In fact, she shocked Joe's relatives by skipping his deportation hearing in 2018. A RadarOnline.com exclusive revealed there was bad blood and Joe's family members were "very angry" Teresa didn't show. Joe is appealing his deportation to Italy.
Throughout Joe's prison term, Teresa has appeared as free as a single woman. On Jan. 8, 2019, as RadarOnline.com reported, when the RHONJ mom threw a big bash for daughter Gia's 18th birthday, she wasn't wearing her wedding ring!
Teresa has raised eyebrows by partying and looking like she doesn't have a care in the world while her husband's been stuck behind bars. To ring in New Year 2019, she showed off her tanned body while socializing on a Jamaica beach with Bravo host Andy Cohen.

Teresa's The Real Housewives of New Jersey costar and close friend Dolores Catania recently added more fuel to divorce talk. She told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive 2018 interview that she didn't think Teresa would be moving to Italy with Joe if he's deported. "I don’t think so," Catania said, but insisted, "A lot of families live separately. They make it work."
The Bravo diva has blamed Joe for their legal woes. Teresa admitted on Good Morning America late last year, "It’s very difficult. We’ve been through a lot. I’ve gone through ups and downs and being angry." Regarding Joe's possible deportation to his native Italy (which he is appealing in court), Teresa wondered why her husband never applied to become an American citizen.

Teresa hasn't hidden her anger towards Joe. She ripped him in her memoir, Standing Strong. She wrote in the book, "I’m still not happy with Joe. Actually that’s the understatement of the friggin’ century. And I’m not going to hide it anymore." Teresa revealed that she and Joe attempted in vitro fertilization in the hopes of conceiving a boy. When IVF didn’t work, Teresa said that "stubborn" Joe refused to pay the clinic its $10,000 fee because the process had failed. The clinic eventually put a lien on the couple’s home, and Teresa wrote that she wasn’t able to pay it off until she left prison.
Drifting apart? RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that Teresa has become emotionally and financially independent from Joe during his long incarceration. Not only has the RHONJ star been talking about divorcing him, another insider said she’s undergone an "unexpected emotional and physical transformation" since Joe has been in prison. "She’s bodybuilding, and going out on the town with friends. She has become an entirely different person," the source explained.
Was Joe cheating on Teresa for years? Jacqueline Laurita accused Juicy of it on a 2012 RHONJ reunion show. "They call each other names and punch each other," Jacqueline told host Andy Cohen about the Giudice marriage. Jacqueline then claimed that Teresa had confessed to her that Joe had cheated, something Teresa denied ever saying.
Teresa sounded ready to divorce Joe in a 2017 interview with Us Weekly. "Will I still be married to Joe in 40 years? I have no idea," she shrugged. "You don’t know what life will bring."
Oh, no for Joe! RadarOnline.com exclusively reported in February 2019 that Teresa had been caught in a huge cheating scandal. She held hands and partied with boytoy businessman Blake Schreck on a secret Miami getaway while Joe languished in the big house.
Teresa's attorney has claimed that she and Blake are just friends and he was helping her to her car because she was wearing heels and had been drinking wine. However, still-married Teresa and her much younger man displayed major PDA, as RadarOnline.com readers know.

Joe's family members dissed Teresa after they learned of her cheating scandal. His brother Peter told RadarOnline.com, "Let him figure it out," after photos of her looking cozy with Blake broke.
Teresa could file divorce papers within weeks, a source exclusively told RadarOnline.com. The mother of four is just waiting on an immigration judge’s ruling on Joe’s deportation appeal.
RadarOnline.com reported that Teresa visited a divorce attorney in January 2019 in preparation for Joe’s deportation.
Teresa finally confirmed RadarOnline.com's divorce scoop by telling host Andy Cohen on the RHONJ reunion show about Joe, “I’m not doing a long-distance relationship. I’m not doing it. I want somebody with me every day.”
Teresa shocked fans on the RHONJ reunion by telling Andy about Joe potentially having to leave America, “I know exactly what happens — I’m sure he'll be with other women. It happens. You do the long-distance thing, it’s not going to work. I’d be like, ‘Bye bye.’”
The RHONJ wife admitted on the recent reunion show that she and Joe had discussed divorce once over the phone while he's been in prison. According to Teresa, Joe agreed with her that if he's deported, their marriage is over. "He said ‘Obviously if that happens, I’m going to move on with my life and you’re going to move on with your life,’ and that’s what’s going to happen," she told Andy.
