Making Amends? Jenelle Evans Drops Restraining Order Against Ex David Eason

A Tennessee judge has dismissed former Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans' order of protection request against estranged husband David Eason, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
Jenelle, 27, and David, 31, were expected in Davidson County District Court for a 9 a.m. hearing, but it was cancelled.
According to a Davidson County Clerk, "there was a notice of voluntary dismissal without prejudice filed by the the petitioner on January 10."
This means that Jenelle decided to drop the restraining order against David.
The star’s courtroom drama comes after a bitter, months-long court battle, in which the judge was twice forced to extend a temporary restraining order against her ex.
The order of protection was issued on behalf of Jenelle and her three kids: Jace, 10, Kaiser, 5, and Ensley, 2.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Jenelle previously accused David of being violent towards her and her children. Her claims came after her shamed husband shot their family dog, Nugget, dead after she bit Ensley in the face.
Jenelle left her and David’s North Carolina property, nicknamed “The Land,” and announced on October 31, 2019, that she was divorcing David after a tumultuous four-year romance.
A source told RadarOnline.com that Jenelle ran out of money and realized she needed to end her marriage in order to start earning an income again.
The permanent restraining order would have meant that Jenelle would have had full custody of her and David’s shared child, Ensley, and he would not be allowed to come within 100 yards of them or post anything about them on social media.
The divorce proceedings are still pending.
But the trouble doesn’t end there. David is currently fighting another court battle with the New Hanover court for failing to attend a hearing in Wilmington, NC. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
The hearing was scheduled for January 9 to go over his illegal towing case. As RadarOnline.com readers know, David illegally towed another man't truck in 2018.

Trouble In Paradise
Jenelle claimed in her November 4 filing that David’s threats have “escalated” and “because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children’s well-being.”
Dark Times
She noted 11 alleged incidents over the last two years in the report, accusing David of both physical and verbal abuse, in addition to destroying her property and killing their family dog. After David killed Nugget in April, he set off a storm that ended with Jenelle getting fired from Teen Mom 2.
Harsh Words
Back in February 17, 2019, Jenelle claimed in the North Carolina court documents that David told her: “You can die for all I care. You’re a piece of s**t. Biggest piece of s**t I’ve ever seen.” She then claimed David allegedly locked her son Kaiser in a running vehicle.
Tumultuous Marriage
“While Kaiser was trying to unlock it, David continuously locked it again with my spare key, scaring both me and Kaiser,” she stated in the documents.
Nasty Allegations
That same month in February, David then allegedly accused Jenelle of cheating on him and sent her a photo of a man alongside the text: “This is your new boyfriend. I’m going to break his neck and feed you his head. My goal in life is to make sure you regret leaving me like this.”
Mom To The Rescue
According to Jenelle, she then asked David to stop sending her “threatening texts” and confirmed that Ensley was going to remain in her care.
Stay Away
In her order of protection, Jenelle asked the judge to ban David from contacting her. She also requested that he not hurt or threaten to hurt any of their animals, and that he pay all court costs and lawyer fees. A source previously told RadarOnline.com that Jenelle left David "without their daughter and with no money."
It’s Over
