A woman who had unprotected sex with Josh Duggar says she "freaked out" over a pregnancy scare with the disgraced reality star, RadarOnline.com has learned.
"All I was thinking was, 'Oh my God, I'm pregnant and carrying Josh Duggar's baby,'" the woman told In Touch. "He's a monster."
The woman added that carrying the love child of admitted molester, adulterer and sex addict Duggar would have been "the worst thing that could happen" to her.
"I would never want to man who's a sexual predator to be the father of my baby."
In the meantime, some inside the Duggar household have blamed the woman Josh cheated on -- his wife Anna -- for his over-the-top infidelities, which included an Ashley Madison account and multiple paid, sleazy romps with a porn star.
Anna "is hurt and angry over the whole situation, but she's being counseled to be there more for Josh sexually," sources told the magazine.
While some have spoken out against Josh and his outlandish behavior, sources told the magazine "both sides of her family" are putting pressure on her "not to leave Josh for the sake of their four children."
Dillon King, who's engaged to Josh's cousin Amy Duggar, said that "Anna's parents are talking with her about staying with Josh; but I don't know what she is thinking ... Josh's cheating was premeditated," adding that Josh was carrying on a "double-life."
Sources told the magazine that "Anna was distraught and crying the whole time" prior to Josh leaving for rehab at the Reformers Unanimous' Rockford, Ill. treatment center for his sex addiction.
An inside with the center told the magazine that the facility has a one-size-fits-all mentality when it comes to treatment.
"It looks at the spiritual aspect, which is that once a person's heart is right with God, his power can overcoming addiction," adding that the organization applies the "same curriculum for all the different types of addictions," such as drugs and alcohol.
Matt Valles, who spent more than three months at the facility, described the ins-and-outs of life there, characterizing it as "very intolerant.
"We call it 'Jesus Jail.' They take your money, ID, cell phone, you can't watch television, read books or listen to any music except Christian music."
Valles said that "there was drug use inside and I got high while I was" there.
"They also follow a strict fundamentalist Christian belief system and put down other Christian groups they don't think are following the Bible to the letter."
The woman who had the pregnancy scare said of Josh's rehab stint: "I hope he gets the help he needs and rehab so that his wife and children will remain safe, but I fear no faith-based rehab will fix him."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Duggar called himself "the biggest hypocrite ever" after his name was leaked Aug. 19 as a member of the Ashley Madison website, which caters to cheating spouses.
"While espousing faith and family values, I have secretly over the last several years been viewing pornography on the Internet and this became a secret addiction and I became unfaithful to my wife."
