Kim Kardashian is cleaning up her legal issues before heading down the aisle with Kanye West next month. After settling her family’s lawsuit against Robert Kardashian’s widow, Ellen Pearson, earlier this week, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe also recently settled the lawsuit over their Kardashian Khroma Beauty makeup line.
According to court documents filed on April 23 and obtained by RadarOnline.com, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians stars and Boldface Licensing and Branding, which put out the line, settled their suit with Lee Tillet, Inc., who had claimed they stole the “Khroma” name.
“A settlement has been reached by all the parties as to the entire action,” the documents read. "The parties are in the process of drafting settlement documentation. The settlement provides for certain actions to be taken over a period of time, and, accordingly, the parties request that the entire case be stayed until February 15, 2015, at which time a stipulation for dismissal of the entire action will be filed."

As RadarOnline.com has reported, Kim had previously tried her best to distance herself from the suit in her deposition, telling the court that she’s “not really good” at makeup, despite having slapped her name on various beauty products.
