Former Nickelodeon starlet turned troubled twenty-something Amanda Bynes shocked her fans on Sunday when she tweeted a photo of herself that was virtually unrecognizable and RadarOnline.com has the pic.

"Wink ;)" Amanda captioned the photo of herself with long, curly dirty blonde hair topped with a red beanie and her unmistakable new cheek piercing.

The once bright-eyed comedienne has been on a downward spiral since she was arrested for a DUI last April in West Hollywood after hitting a police car — just the first of what would turn out to be two more hit-and-run charges and then was caught behind the wheel driving on a suspended license.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, for nearly a year now friends and family have been urging the 26-year-old to seek treatment at a rehab facility.

Amanda's wild behavior continued last fall when she moved from Los Angeles to New York where she planning to start a new life as "a fashion designer," but instead was evicted from her NYC apartment less than six months later and is reportedly living in a hotel.
