TODAY Show Co-Host Hoda Kotb's Ex-Boyfriend 'Desperate' To Get Back Together, Calling Her Incessantly!

Hoda Kotb's ex-boyfriend, Jay Blumenkopf, is trying to get back together with the TODAY show co-host, after she dumped the father-of-two several months ago, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
"Jay has been calling and emailing Hoda incessantly," a source close to the former couple tells RadarOnline.com. "He desperately wants to get back together with her. Jay is definitely pining, but Hoda doesn't seem to be responding and has been enjoying being single again. Who knows though, with the holidays approaching, Hoda might give in and allow him another chance, but he shouldn't be holding his breath for that to happen!"
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Hoda and Jay broke up a couple of months ago.
"Hoda and Jay dated for over a year, but she decided to part ways about two months ago," the insider previously told RadarOnline.com. "There was no drama, they just realized that the relationship had run its course. They hope to remain friends."
During an appearance on Bethenny Frankel's talk show back in February, Kotb credited the Skinnygirl millionaire mogul with giving her the courage to go out with Jay.
"It's the real thing. It's the real friggin' thing Bethenny. It's the real thing. I found the real thing at 47," Kotb said. "The other thing was so not the real thing, and I thought it was . . . . The fact that you can still feel butterflies at 47 is really cool."
Meanwhile, despite his best efforts to woo back his ex, Jay isn't living like a monk.
"Jay is definitely pursuing other women and he definitely has a type," the source reveals. "He is attracted to women that look exactly like Hoda! He is attracted to strong women and he seems to have a thing for television news personalities."
