The Academy Award winning actress, who turned forty this year, reveals in the January 2013 issue of Redbook that she refuses to diet and maintains her super hot bod simply from working out – and RadarOnline.com has the details.
“I eat everything! With food, I’m a lot more relaxed than people think,” she claims, maintaining that her indulgences include oysters and cocktail sauce, baked stuffed lobster and French fries.
However, Paltrow does like to kick off the year with a three-week detox diet called the Clean Program, which banishes processed foods, dairy, gluten, refined sugar, caffeine, and alcohol.
“It’s my favorite thing,” she gushes about the cleanse, which features shakes for breakfast, and healthy, clean meals for lunch and dinner.
