Tori Spelling gave birth to her fourth child via C-section nearly three weeks ago, and has learned she had emergency surgery over the weekend because of the childbirth.

The 39-year-old actress was rushed to the hospital on September 15 where she underwent the surgery and now remains while she recovers.

Tori gave birth to Finn Davey on August 30 and she and hubby Dean McDermott, have three other children together: Liam, 5, Stella, 4, and Hattie, 10-months.

As exclusively reported, Sweet Home Alabama star Reese Witherspoon was also rushed to the hospital recently because of a childbirth issue. However, she still has yet to give birth.

“Reese was actually taken to the hospital on [August 21] with complications,” a source close to the situation told Radar at the time.  “She was released that night and then rushed back to the hospital [on August 22].”

Reese, 36, was placed on a mild form of bed rest after her hospital scare and is expected to give birth sometime in September.
