Nikki Cox's Cosmetic Surgery 'Is Far From Subtle,' Says Expert

Former Las Vegas star Nikki Cox is famous for her flawless face and her all-American good looks, but the actress appears to have recently turned her back on her natural beauty and resorted to cosmetic surgery at just 34 years old.

Married to comedian Jay Mohr since 2006, the pretty brunette has undergone a startling transformation involving over plumped cheeks, a sheer shiny forehead and huge lips that even Angelina Jolie would be jealous of!

"She definitely appears to have gotten some sort of filler in her cheeks and lips, which could be either Perlane or Restylane," revealed NYC celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Fiorillo, who has not treated the star, in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com.

While whether or not her procedures look like they are over the top is based on personal preference, he said diplomatically, but he personally prefers that his patients attain a more subtle result from injectables.

"Injectables always look best on a person when they are not noticeable, not when everyone can tell that the person had work done!" said the surgeon, who has found fame in his own right on reality hit Mob Wives by acting as a knight in shining armor for Renee Graziano and Karen Gravano after he saved one of them from a plastic surgery nightmare, and gave the other a job.

Despite Nikki overindulging with injectables, Dr. Fiorillo doesn't think she's had more invasive plastic surgery such as a facelift.

"It may look like she has because it is overdone, but in my opinion I do not think she went under the knife," he told RadarOnline.com.
