Britney Spears Checks Out Oceanfront Malibu House For Lease -- Take A Peek Inside

Britney Spears wants to return to Malibu. The singer, along with fiancé Jason Trawick, and Britney's two sons Preston and Jayden, spent hours checking out an oceanfront rental Saturday, and RadarOnline.com has the exclusive details.
Britney is looking to spend the rest of the summer at the beach, a well-placed source tells us.
"The house she checked out is for lease at just under $14,900 a month, and is also for sale for $7 million, but Brit's people said she was only interested in a summer rental," the insider said.
The three-level house sits right on the sand and has decks on each floor. There are five bedrooms, hardwood floors and a fireplace.
The X Factor judge and her kids arrived with an entourage of bodyguards and assistants and spent more than four hours getting the feel of the place, the source adds.
"They all seemed to really love it," the insider says.
Britney last lived in Malibu when she was married to Kevin Federline.

The last home Britney actually owned, her so-called "meltdown house," sold last month for $4,235,000. She's been leasing since moving from there in 2008.
