Goodbye New York City!

Jennifer Aniston has sold another high priced property – the love nest she bought to share with her new beau Justin Theroux, but like many people in the country she took a hefty loss on the sale.

The Friends star paid a hefty $7.01 million for the two condos in the West Village, but she’s sold them both for just $6.5 million, taking a whopping $500,000 loss on the transaction!

Jennifer, 43, just plunked down $21 million for a stunning mansion in the hills of Bel Air that was listed for $24 million, and she also sold her post-Brad breakup Beverly Hills mansion for an astronomical $36 million so the $500,000 won’t hurt her bottom line too much. She and Justin are renting a small Hollywood Hills home together  until the new mansion is ready.

According to a source, Jennifer decided the two NYC places - a one-bedroom penthouse and one-bedroom apartment – were no longer a fit for her.

“She loved them, but her circumstances changed and the space was just wrong,” an insider told the New York Post.

Jen and Justin were often spotted in the Big Apple holding hands strolling around the city, while he ex-husband Brad Pitt just popped the question to his baby mama Angelina Jolie with a sparkling diamond engagement ring!
