Battle Of The Bling! Did Jennifer Aniston Or Angelina Jolie Get A Better Ring From Brad Pitt?

Angelina Jolie definitely scored Brad Pitt from Jennifer Aniston, but did she snag the better bling?

The Hollywood power couple went public with their engagement on Friday, days after Angelina was snapped rocking an enormous diamond on her ring finger, but though it appears quite larger in carat size than the ring Brad presented to Jen several years ago, bigger isn’t always better.

Back in 1999, Brad presented the Friends star with a stunning diamond and platinum engagement ring that he co-designed with jeweler Silvia Damiani.  A symbol of eternity, the custom creation, which featured a round brilliant stone surrounded by different levels of spiraling diamonds, was valued at around $500,000.

Pitt also co-designed the emerald cut stunner that Angelina is flaunting on her finger, with Robert Procop. Though it is currently unknown how many carats Angelina scored, from the looks of how it sits on her tiny fingers, the main diamond is huge (and also features side stones that encircle Angelina’s finger) and the jeweler’s rep confirmed that it is “a diamond of the finest quality and cut to an exact custom size and shape to suit Angelina's hand.” They also dished that the ring was a year in the making and that “Brad had a specific vision."

Though both rings will surely go down in Hollywood’s engagement ring hall of fame, Angie’s enormous diamond gets our vote!
