Tiger Woods' ex-girlfriend Rachel Uchitel married her boyfriend, Matt Hahn, in a secret ceremony in Las Vegas on Sunday and RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that the walk down the aisle was very spontaneous!
"Rachel and Matt attended a friend's wedding this weekend and were inspired to tie the knot themselves. It was all very spur of the moment and very romantic," a spokesperson for Uchitel exclusively told RadarOnline.com.
The new bride revealed details of her impromptu wedding. "Matt and I were married in front of 12 friends on Sunday night at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, where everyone from Michael Jordan to Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, to Britney Spears were married," Uchitel told RadarOnline.com in an e-mail on Tuesday.
"We are really happy and feel extremely fortunate to have one another."
While she has not yet formally announced that she is now a married woman on Twitter, Woods' former mistress did send thanks to all her well-wishers on Tuesday. “Thank you to all the well wishers! Xoxo” she tweeted.
She is now back in San Francisco, where her and Matt, an insurance broker and a former Penn State football player, have been living together for several months.
Despite 26-year-old Matt being 10 years her junior, Rachel, 36, revealed in an interview with Page Six Magazine last month that she was in this relationship for the long haul.
"He's not a famous person. I find him to be grounded and I am totally going to totally going to marry him," she said, and went on to reveal that she even wants his children.
"I never wanted them. Who really likes other people's kids? But I know how much I love my dogs and I think I'd make a good mother to my own kids."
Uchitel became a tabloid regular after she was revealed as the Manhattan party planner who was the first mistress reported in the Tiger Woods infidelity saga, setting off a domino effect of more than a dozen women emerging to tell stories of their trysts with the then-married golfer.
Years earlier, Uchitel gained notoriety in a famous picture taken of her as she mourned the loss of her one-time fiancée Andy O'Grady, a businessman who perished in the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center.
