Lindsay Lohan’s actor pal, Jason Dottley, was injured on the set of his new music video after submerging himself in cement, which stuck to his skin and resulted in him bleeding head-to-toe.

RadarOnline.com has all the graphic photos. Ouch!

Dottley was shooting a video for his new single, Pop It, in Brooklyn, New York, and although a chemical lab technician was on hand to make sure he wasn’t cemented to the floor, no one anticipated the injuries that would result in removal of the dried cement from his body.

According to Dottley’s rep, the 30-year-old sought medical attention and returned to Los Angeles with a round of antibiotics to ensure he was safe from blood poisoning.

You might remember Dottley from Lohan’s last stint in jail, when the Sordid Lives actor tried to deliver her a copy of Ernest Hemingway’s The Old Man & The Sea, but was rejected by the jail because she was not allowed to receive gifts.
