EXCLUSIVE: Peace! Charlie Sheen & Brooke Mueller Combine Divorce Filings

They’re playing nice — for now.
Charlie Sheen and his soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller, who is spending time in a sober house, have united as one in their divorce battle, with both filing motions with a Los Angeles court to have their case heard as one.
“Charlie and Brooke are now on the same page with the divorce,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.
“They both asked their attorneys to combine the separate divorce filings into one matter as it makes the process much easier and streamlines it. The divorce will be final in about six months from the time of the filing.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Mueller was left blindsided after the Two and a Half Men star abruptly filed for divorce last month, in the wake of his booze-and-drug fueled binge in a New York hotel with a porn star.
In an apparent move to deflect attention from the controversy, “Charlie went and filed while she was on the plane flying to see her parents in Palm Beach,” one friend told RadarOnline, at the time.

Mueller then immediately filed for divorce on the same day.
“Now that calmer heads have prevailed, Charlie and Brooke's attorney's are formally asking for their divorce filings to be heard as one case,” said a source.
