Mariah Woods' accused killer, Earl Kimrey, has just been charged with concealing of death, obstruction of justice, second-degree burglary, felony larceny and possession of stolen property in connection to her murder. The alleged criminal appeared in Onslow County courtroom this Monday. He is currently being held under a $1.01 million bond.
His next court appearance is set for April 2, according to WECT.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Earl was the live-in boyfriend of Mariah Woods' mother, Kristy Woods. He was taken in as a person of interest after Kristy claimed he was the last person to see the toddler before she mysteriously disappeared on November 27.
He allegedly tried to blame Mariah's eldest brother for her death.
The three-year-old's corpse was found at the bottom of a nearby creek on December 2.
