With no shortage of fervent fans cheering his every move, Justin Bieber popped up in in Panama over the weekend, with most of the music world concentrated at the Grammys in Los Angeles, where a least one bit of good news came for the beleaguered teen.

L.A. County Sheriff's Department officials, according to online reports, have not gathered any evidence the "Baby" singer was involved in the egging of a neighbor's home, an offense that could have had severe consequences for the Canadian crooner, if convicted of it.

Investigators were keying in a possible surveillance tape and text messages that could have provided further insights into the conflict, but came up with no such artifacts. With that said, the case likely comes down to Bieber's word against the neighbor's. The case will advance to the L.A. County District Attorney's office, leaving them to make the determination moving forward.

In the meantime, the 19-year-old "Baby" singer, just days after his arrest in Miami on drug and drag racing charges, spent the weekend in Panama, where Bieber Fever was in full effect, as the heartthrob had dozens of teen girls clamoring for his every move. Also seen on the beach with the singer was Chantel Jeffries, the model who was with him at the time of his arrest last week.

While in Panama, Bieber has reportedly been visited by his mother Pattie Mallette, mentor Usher and manager Scooter Braun, looking to persuade their young phenom to change the error of his ways.
