Britney Spears took some time to meditate and relax following her release from the mental health facility, RadarOnline.com can report.

On Saturday afternoon, she took to Instagram to post a video of her yoga routine, which played to the sounds of Cardi B's "I Like It." "Yoga on the green," read the caption.

In the latter half of the caption, she played on the words of the song, adding "I really like it LIKE THAT !!"

In the video, the mother of two wore a zebra print bikini and showed off her flexibility and advanced fitness level with splits, one hand planks and a walking handstand.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Spears, 37, voluntarily entered treatment when her father Jamie's deteriorating health took a toll on her emotionally and affected her ability to stabilize her medication. After completing a 30 day program, she left the center on Wednesday, April 24, but is still required to take intensive outpatient sessions for her ongoing troubles.

With concerns that her recent stint would "kill" her career , she's been adamant about opening up to her fans and keeping them updated along the way.

While still in treatment, she shocked fans with a video where she admitted dealing with stress and anxiety and informed them that she'll "back very soon."

The "Toxic" singer even wanted to do a tell-all interview with the intent of easing her fans' concerns, but her mother Lynne, has "shut her down" and has been talking to her like a child. She's also been under much restriction as her father continues to be her conservator.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, a hearing over the conservatorship is set to be discussed on May 10th.
