Jeffrey Epstein's brother, Mark, refuses to believe his vile brother committed suicide, RadarOnline.com can reveal, this time suggesting homicide was involved.
Mark shared his theory in a recent podcast interview with Nancy Grace, six years after the pedophile was found dead behind bars.
'It Looked Too Much Like a Homicide'

Epstein was found dead behind bars in 2019.
"It was not a suicide," Mark emphatically said. "If you go back in time, when Jeffrey was first autopsied the day after they found his body, the initial death certificate said the cause of death was pending further study. They wouldn't call it a suicide or a homicide at that point in time."
Mark then claimed "both of the pathologists that were there at the autopsy, doctor Kristin Roman, who was a city pathologist whose autopsy it was, and Michael Baden, who was there on my behalf, they came out of the autopsy saying that they couldn't call it a suicide because it looked too much like a homicide."
Epstein's autopsy was performed on August 19, 2019, one day after the pedophile was found dead. While Dr. Roman performed the autopsy, Dr. Baden, who was hired by Mark, observed it.
"When I've spoken to a number of pathologists, they've always told me that if the death certificate says pending further study, you don't get an answer usually for weeks or so because something's being investigated, some studying is being done," Mark added. "That wasn't done here."
Mark Epstein Claims There Was a 'Cover-Up'

Mark Epstein appeared on Grace's show to discuss the pedophile's death.
Mark took it a step further, claiming there's a "cover-up," after discovering Bill Barr, the Attorney General at the time, "came out and said that he personally watched the videotape from outside" of Epstein's jail cell.
He explained: "He personally saw the videotape, and he saw that nobody went in or out of the tier, and that convinced him it was a suicide. And when I heard that, I realized this is a cover of some kind, because number one, I thought, why is the Attorney General personally watching the videotape? That didn't seem realistic.
"And also, he completely ignored the possibility that if Jeffrey was killed, he could have been killed by somebody who was already on the tier."
Mark raged: "So Bill Barr's statement that nobody went in or out of the tier is based on nothing. And the fact that he ignored that somebody on the tier would have done harm to somebody makes his conclusion just ridiculous. And when I heard that, I said, he's either part of a cover-up or he's the stupidest guy on the planet. No, Barr is complicit in this cover-up."
Dr. Kristin Roman: 'His Manner of Death Is Suicide'

Epstein's original autopsy noted his cause of death was 'pending,' eventually being labeled a suicide.
After the autopsy was done, Dr. Baden is believed to have leaned toward a homicide, while Roman was on the fence, as she did not check the boxes for "homicide" or "suicide," instead ticking the "pending studies" box.
However, just five days later, Roman's boss, chief medical examiner Barbara Sampson, officially ruled Epstein's death a suicide after "careful review of all investigative information," without elaborating further on her decision at the time.
"It was pretty clear cut," Roman said in an interview for the Justice Department investigation, according to the transcript. "His manner of death is suicide... His cause of death is hanging, and his manner of death is suicide."
During her podcast interview, Grace asked Mark what is "the main reason you're convinced your brother did not commit suicide?"
Epstein's Jail Guards Receive Backlash

Many believe the pedophile was murdered behind bars.
"From the scientific results of the study of the autopsy," Mark explained. "The angle of the mark on his neck is not what you would find if he were hanging the way they said he was hanging... There's like a bruise on his back, which is on the autopsy but has been ignored... by the DOJ report.
"They think that's a defensive wound. They think that there was a bit of a struggle, and Jeffrey was strangled, and the other things that will come out when these reports come out that will cement that."
Meanwhile, documents previously reviewed from the DOJ revealed one of the guards responsible for monitoring Epstein searched for updates about him online just minutes before his death.
The guard, Tova Noel, would later testify she didn't "remember doing that."

Noel and fellow guard Michael Thomas were the two correctional officers who were in charge of keeping an eye on the convicted sex offender that night, but they had not. They were later charged with falsifying reports, but while the charges were eventually dropped, the guards were fired.
