Tori Spelling is begging producer Andy Cohen to make her a Real Housewife after Fox canceled her Beverly Hills, 90210 reboot, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively!

“She is freaking out because the 90210 show was her moneymaker,” a source told RadarOnline.com, adding that Spelling is preparing to call Cohen for a shot as a Housewife. “She thinks now is the time … Except she is delusional because she doesn’t have enough money to be a Housewife!”

Fox recently dumped the BH90210 reunion series after one short season, leaving cash-strapped Spelling, 46, with no plan B.

“Fox told the cast they were guaranteed two seasons, but in the fine print there was an out clause that included a low threshold for ratings,” the source revealed. “She’s also looking at doing more reality TV because her career is over with scripted TV.”

As RadarOnline.com readers are well aware, American Express Bank sued Spelling and husband Dean McDermott, 52, in January 2016 for failing to pay her credit card bills. She was ordered to pay back $87,594.55 in October 2016. In August 2019, American Express Bank filed a Writ of Execution. The bank asked the Sheriff or Marshal of the County of Los Angeles to enforce the $88,391.25 judgment Spelling owes the bank.

Spelling and McDermott were also sued by City National bank for failing to pay back a $400,000 loan. The bank was awarded a judgment of $202,066 in 2017. The bank later claimed they never paid, and a bench warrant was issued after she failed to appear in court. The warrant was dissolved in April, as she agreed to provide documents during a meeting with attorneys.

She also owes over a million dollars in federal and state taxes.

The mom-of-five lost much-needed income when reboot was canceled. Spelling received $70,000 per episode and then pocketed an additional $15,000 per episode for co-creating the show.

A recent gambit involving live shows sharing the stage with costar Jennie Garth has also flopped, with at least five of the shows already being canceled.

The source said the actress — who did not respond to a request for comment — is frantically working with her agents “to figure out how she can leverage her money and move forward” after pinning all her hopes on the reboot.

“She’s discouraged because they’ve been telling her she’s only as good as her last project, and that has failed,” the insider confessed. “So she feels like a failure!”
