After taking the girls on her movie producer boyfriend's private jet for a wild wine tasting trip where she didn't drink, Lala Kent admitted that she and Randall Emmett had actually split!
On an emotional Vanderpump Rules episode, a sober Kent told friend Stassi Schroeder that her father's death was devastating — and having a terrible effect on her relationship.
"I'm in a big funk and it's just getting worse. This sounds so morbid. My dad is just a memory. I just miss him — a lot," she said breaking into tears.
"I really retreated from everybody, including Rand. It is such a heavy thing. I'm just mad that it happened. I just can't stand the thought of my dad not being at my wedding and seeing me have babies."
Sobbing, Kent continued: "I feel like my world just crumbled and it's really f**ked up right now."
Back in Los Angeles after the crazy getaway to Solvang, Kent tearfully started drinking again, and explained the end of her romance.
"I got home, and I just feel like Rand and I are not the same ," she told Brittany Cartwright and Katie Maloney.
"I basically gave up alcohol for him because the way I was acting was just not okay. And then I come home to what he's doing, and it's like, f**k that," Kent continued.
In her confessional, Kent explained what happened: "I came home from Solvang and saw Randall had partied to the point where he doesn't even know his own name. You're slurring your f**king words? That doesn't work for Lala."
She ranted to the girls about the situation.
"Especially when I'm up in Solvang with the wine, and I'm not drinking any of it for you, and this is what you're doing? Are you f**king kidding me?" she said.
"I feel betrayed because we made a pact. This is a hard time for me, and I need my partner, I need my soulmate and I need someone to back me up," said an angry Kent.
She then tried to explain to the girls why her boyfriend was being so mean.
"He claims that it's because I've been very, very, very unloving and harsh the past week," she said, bursting into tears.
"I decided to take a break from him. There's just a lot going on. I'm f**ked up right now. I don't think I can be with Rand."
After a few moments, Kent composed herself and retreated back to her spunky self.
"He kept my Gucci slides. Like, took them from me and was like, 'I want you to remember.' You want my f**king Gucci slides? Take them. Take them!" she said.
Despite her heartbreak over the split, Kent made it clear that she would be just fine without Emmett.
"Don't f**king play me. And obviously, with my financial situation, I know I can afford my rent, which he was paying, but I can afford it on my own. I can afford a car on my own," she continued.
With her girl power back, Kent even slammed her ex-man's private jet, or "PJ," perk.
"The only thing that will be different is it's not going to be like, 'Oh, we're gonna be traveling on a private jet to f**king Mykonos.' Guess what, honey? There's a lot of d**k out there for me to suck to get on a PJ. I'm just letting you know. Like, no matter what, I can still live that life. You just need to have a mouth, baby. It doesn't matter what you look like," she said.
Apart from Kent's drama, Kristen Doute's miserable relationship with Brian Carter was front and center on the show.
After her drunken night in Solvang, Schroeder confronted her friend about her antics and how her relationship was affecting her.
"I will tell you exactly what is going on with Carter and me and it's not great," Doute confessed.
"Yes, every single f**king morning when he's screaming at me because he's not a f**king morning person. He doesn't want to walk the dogs and I'm a b***h," she said.
Schroeder was full of wise advice, since she was finally in a happy relationship herself.
"You don't have to be screamed at. I learned you can be in a relationship where somebody loves you and wants to be around you. And lifts you up and supports you and doesn't demand that you pay for everything," she told her friend.
In her confessional, Schroeder had her friend's back: "Behind Kristen's crazy nature is one of the most wonderful people that I've ever met. Kristen doesn't feel like she's lovable and that really breaks my heart."
Doute admitted how bad her relationship really was.
"It's hard. It's sad and it's sh**ty. I feel the need to defend it because it's not sh**ty all the time," she continued.
She and her man had a conversation at the same party where Kent dropped her bombshell breakup news, and it didn't go well.
"My issues are that you bark at me and you raise your voice and cuss," Doute told him, and he snapped back: "Honey you come home and the first thing you do is b***h at me."
When he said that he felt like their couples therapist was "on his side," Doute ended the conversation.
Now, months later, it appears Doute has split from Carter, while Kent and Emmett are back together and engaged.
