Jared Fogle is fighting back in the $150,000 child porn civil lawsuit filed against him earlier this year.

According to U.S. District Court documents obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, the former Subway spokesman— who is currently serving 15 years in prison on child porn and sex charges— claims he isn't responsible for a minor female's "severe emotional distress" and personal injuries stemming from his former best friend's child porn production bust, because he isn't sure the girl was one of the pair's victims.

The minor, referred to as Jane Doe in the papers, claims Jared Fogle played a big role in her victimization by failing to report Russell Taylor to authorities when he secretly filmed her and other children in the nude. Instead, Fogle admitted to receiving the homemade child porn and watching many of the videos.

But, the divorced father of two, 38, argues, Doe may not be one of Taylor's young victims.

READ THE SHOCKING COURT DOCUMENTS

"Fogle lacks knowledge and information sufficient to form a belief as to whether Jane Doe was among the minor children of whom nude images and videos of their

naked bodies were taken by Russell Taylor," his attorneys state.

However, later in Fogle's response to Doe's complaint, he confesses to paying the young girl $100,000 as part of his plea agreement and "court-ordered compensation." (As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Fogle was ordered to give $1.4 million in damages to his at least 14 victims.)

Now, Fogle claims he is "entitled to a setoff for all amounts" paid to Doe in the case of a judgment against him.

He is asking the judge to dismiss her case, and for the girl to pay off Fogle's costs.

Even if the judge tosses the suit, Fogle is still in a heap of trouble. Though he's appealing his prison sentence, the former child obesity fighter is currently behind bars without hope of parole.
