After a full night and day behind bars, Teen Mom 2’s Adam Lind has been released from jail, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

A spokeswoman for the Minnehaha County Jail in South Dakota tells Radar that the MTV reality star is no longer in custody.

“He was bailed out last night,” a friend says. According to a spokesperson for the Minnehaha County Clerk of Court, bond was set at $3,000.

The court spokesperson also tells Radar that the troubled father of two, 23, is due in court on December 9 for a dispositional conference relating to his domestic stalking charge.

In the meantime, “he is ordered to be on good behavior and not to contact the victim,” the spokesperson says.

As Radar exclusively revealed, Lind was thrown in jail on November 30 at 8 PM after an incident relating to his breakup from girlfriend Brooke Beaton, 26.

Beaton, a mother of two small children, filed a restraining order against her ex after she alleges he grabbed he arms and pushed her during a run-in at the Swiftel Center in Bookings, South Dakota, on November 28.

“Adam has been violent often in the past few months,” Beaton wrote in Lake County court documents exclusively obtained by Radar. “Adam has threatened to kill my family and is also contacting my family on Facebook and also via phone/text. There were multiple times he threatened me.”

“I am very scared for my safety and for my children’s safety.”

Lind is the father of Teen Mom 2 fan favorite Chelsea Houska’s daughter Aubree, 5, and ex Taylor Halbur’s daughter Paislee, 14 months.
