Joe & Teresa Giudice’s Bankruptcy Discharge DENIED By Judge: Couple Slammed With Shocking $13 Million Debt

Bad news keeps piling up for Joe and Teresa Giudice.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey coupleis facing prison time at tomorrow’s sentencing for their extensive fraud and tax evasion charges— but RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that they also just got slapped with a shocking $13 million bill.

On August 27, the trustee in their infamous 2009 bankruptcy case filed the discharge papers, requesting to erase the troubled pair’s $13,480,263.11 .

But in a shocking move, a judge denied the Giudices’ discharge on September 29.

“The case of the above named debtor(s) is closed,” United States Bankruptcy Court judge Donald H. Steckroth wrote.

Now, Joe and Teresa, both 43, are stuck with their outrageous debt in addition to likely prison time.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, prosecutors have asked the judge to throw the book at the couple, and sentence them to maximum terms provided in their plea deal.

Also, lawyers are warning Joe that he should start preparing to be deported to Italy after he completes his time.

“There was hope he could avoid being deported on a technicality, but immigration officials are ready to begin the proceedings,” an insider tells RadarOnline.com.
