‘Long Island Medium’ Theresa Caputo’s Tour Sales Are Slumping Amid Disgruntled Clients & Fraud Claims

At first glance, Theresa Caputo seems to be as successful as ever. The sixth season of her reality show, Long Island Medium, is currently airing, and her new book, You Can’t Make This Stuff Up!, hits bookstores next week.
However, the self-proclaimed medium’s popularity seems to wavering after RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed in bombshell reports this summer that the 46-year-old New York native is the subject of a fraud investigation by a private whistleblower, and that many former clients are slamming her so-called psychic abilities.
Now, RadarOnline.com can report, ticket sales for her upcoming fall tour are slumping, with many big city stops only half-sold.
As of September 25, nearly 1,000 of the 2,455 available seats are still unsold for Caputo’s October 13 performance in Charlotte, North Carolina’s Ovens Auditorium, and 1,000 seats of 3,500 are still empty at her Boston, Massachusetts gig in the Citi Performing Arts Center Wang Theatre on October 8.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, many fans have been extremely disappointed with Caputo’s tour performances, in which she gives “forced” and “uninspired” readings to just a handful of the thousands of audience members.
“She seemed off and almost every reading was like pulling teeth to match up info,” one angry fan at a April 5 tour stop in Hershey, Pennsylvania, recently complained to Ticketmaster.com.
“After tonight, I am no longer a believer,” said another audience member at a Durham, North Carolina show last October.
Caputo has brushed off the mounting evidence that she may not be a gifted clairvoyant.
“I don’t let negativity and negative people affect me and neither should any of you!” she huffed on her official Facebook page in June.
