It's no holds barred next week on True Tori, as Dean McDermott and Tori Spelling engage in a screaming sob-fest over the Chopped Canada host's infidelity, and RadarOnline.com has the uncomfortable clip.
"I don't deserve any of this, I don't deserve this beautiful family," McDermott, 47, cries to Spelling in the couple's bedroom.
"You don't deserve any of it?" she asks. "And yet you have it. You have all of it. We're all still here!"
"What do I need to do?" he asks through his tears.
"Do something right. You need to do something right," she tells him.
"This is serious, this is me. I'm sitting here, my heart is ripped out, I have nothing left and I'm asking you, do something about it!" she yells, while sobbing. "What does your heart tell you? What does your heart tell you to do?!"
"My heart tells me to stay with you and love you like I still do!" he says through desperation.
"If you truly want me back, think of something!" she screams.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, McDermott admitted to cheating on Spelling, 40, with a 28-year-old woman named Emily Goodhand while in Toronto last year.
After spending three months in a rehab facility for drug and alcohol addition and "personal issues," Spelling decided to splash the couple's attempt to save their crumbling marriage all over television in the form of a six-episode docu-series on Lifetime.
Throughout the series thus far, McDermott has admitted to a long battle with drugs and alcohol, having suicidal thoughts and being taken on a 5150 psych hold to UCLA.
True Tori airs Tuesday nights on Lifetime at 10 p.m. PT/ET.
