Tori Spelling's husband Dean McDermott appears to make a shocking admission in the teaser clip for their new reality TV show, affirming that he was out of control and used sex as an escape — but not with his wife?
In a teaser for True Tori obtained by RadarOnline.com, the show tackles reports of McDermott's alleged infidelity head-on.
"That's my worst nightmare; I cheated on my wife," McDermott, 47, says in the clip.
"I'm really mad," Spelling snaps back.
"I was out of control," he continues. "Sex was an escape, just like drugs and alcohol."
And as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported last December, McDermott demands sex 24/7 and Spelling just can't keep up — as she admits in the teaser.
"I can never give him enough sex," she says through tears.
"He's never going to be happy with just me."

Is this the end for Spelling and McDermott's eight-year marriage?
"You don't think you deserve me?" he asks Spelling.
"I'm well aware this might not have a happy ending," she says.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Spelling’s journey on the six-episode series will document the rocky road she navigates with McDermott following a marriage crisis when he was accused of infidelity and then his subsequent treatment in a rehab center.
“There’s no telling yet how the show will pan out and how much drama there will be," a source told RadarOnline.com.
True Tori premieres on April 22 at 10 p.m. on Lifetime.
