Jenelle Evans’ estranged husband Courtland Rogers is scheduled to be released from jail on Saturday and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the Teen Mom is warning him to stay away from her.

“Jenelle doesn’t want to see or hear from Courtland at all,” a source close to the MTV star told Radar.

Courtland has been locked up since October 13 but his imminent release is sending cold chills down the spine of his pregnant wife.

“Because of the stupid laws in North Carolina, Jenelle is still married to Courtland and can’t even file for divorce until they’ve been split up a year, which will be in April,” the source explained.

“But she has been telling her friends that she hopes he doesn’t start sh*t when he gets out.”

Both Evans and Rogers were arrested in April when the cops were called to their house after a domestic dispute and they found 12 bindles of heroin.

Radar exclusively revealed that the Teen Mom was pregnant with Rogers’ baby but had an abortion a few weeks after that arrest.

The source close to her said she is not afraid of his reaction when he is released.

“Jenelle says he won’t know where she lives in her new place.”

Currently, the 22-year-old reality star in pregnant with her boyfriend Nathan Griffith’s child and is in her second trimester.

“Jenelle just wants Courtland to stay away and not cause any drama because she wants a worry free pregnancy,” the source said.
