Jenelle Evans was arrested on Tuesday for possession of heroin and assault but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned she's claiming she was "set up" by her husband Courtland Rogers!
Rogers was also arrested, RadarOnline.com has confirmed and as of 6 pm EDT was still in custody on suspicion of heroin possession, assault and probation violations.
“Courtland set Jenelle up,” a source close to the situation claims.
MUGSHOTS: Jenelle Evans Arrested For Assault and Possession Of Heroin
The Teen Mom star, 21, was arrested for drug possession and assault at her home in North Carolina after police were called to the house on a domestic violence call.
She was found with 12 bindles of heroin in her possession.
She was released from jail and is facing criminal charges for simple assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin with intent to manufacture, sell and distribute and simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance (she was found with Percocet without a prescription.)
The source insists that all the drugs belonged to Courtland and “with them living together anything found in the common areas of the house leaves all residents accountable.”
